Frequently Asked
Questions
Q: Who is
planning this reunion?
A: The
reunion committee is made up of a diverse group of
our classmates. Many of us were active in lots of different things
in high school (class cabinet, athletics, choir, band, theatre,
yearbook, newspaper, language clubs, academic clubs, etc.), and we're
from many different groups within our class. We are all committed
to hosting a fantastic reunion for our class!
Q: What kind of
attire will everyone be wearing?
A: For the Friday Night Informal
Gathering, attire will be casual. For the Saturday Night Reunion
Dinner, attire will be semi-formal (dress slacks and dress shirt with
tie for men- jacket optional; dress, pant suit, or dress suit for
women). For the Sunday Family Picnic, attire will be outdoor
casual.
Q: Can I pay with a
credit card?
A: Yes! On the
reunion page, you'll see a link to pay online with a credit card via
PayPal. We are able to accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express,
and Discover Card.
Q: When is the
deadline for purchasing tickets?
A: There are two
deadlines for ticket purchases. The Early Registration is
available now through April 30th
May 31st with Early Ticket prices at $55 per
person. The Late Registration is available June 1st through June
30th with Late Ticket prices at $65 per person. No tickets will be
available after July 1st.
Q: Can I purchase
tickets at the door?
A: No. We must
give final numbers to the Banquet Center by July 1st.
NO REGISTRATION IS AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR!
Q: I'm on the
missing list! How can I be "found"?
A: Click on the
"Submit Info" link above and submit your information. We will
automatically take you off the missing list once your information has
been verified. If you also see anyone else on the missing list for
whom you have contact information, please tell them to submit their
information.
Q: Are spouses and
children welcome at the reunion events?
A: Spouses and
partners are welcome at all events; however, children will not be able
to attend the Friday Night Gathering or the Saturday Night Dinner.
All family members are welcome at the Sunday Family Picnic!
Q: Will I receive
registration confirmation?
A: If you pay with a
credit card online, you will receive a confirmation from PayPal.
If you pay with a check via the mail, we will send you an email
confirmation.
Q: How will the
information that I submit be used?
A:
The information will be used in two ways. Most importantly, we are
attempting to create a detailed alumni database for our class, with the
intent of getting the word out for all class reunions, present and
future. Second, we will use some of the demographic information
(current hometown, marital status, family status, college info), and
additional information for our
Reunion Booklet. We will NOT include your address and phone number
in the Reunion Booklet, and your information will NOT be used for
commercial purposes.
Q: I hated high
school. Why would I want to go to my 10 Year Reunion?
A: Thankfully, it's
been 10 years since high school. In the years that have
passed, you and our fellow classmates have grown up and become great
people. This is your chance to see how we've all
progressed and maybe even rebuild some valuable bridges you may have
neglected or burned in the past. It will also be a great opportunity to share a
piece of your past with your significant other, and show off all the
wonderful things you've done to those who have always wondered whatever
happened to you. In addition, this is the chance to see all
the people you have lost touch with since graduation.
Q: I
loved high school! How can this reunion possibly compete with all
the wonderful memories I have?
A: No reunion is meant to replace
the happy memories we made in high school. What a reunion is
meant to do is help you reconnect with the people who helped you make
those happy memories. And the best part is that you will probably
make some great NEW memories to go along with your old ones!
Q: Who is coming to the
reunion?
A: Hopefully, you!
To see who else is coming, check out our List of
Reunion Attendees!
Q: The
only people I want to see are the people who I already hang out with
all the time. Why bother coming to the reunion?
A: You will be surprised how much
fun it will be to see some of your old classmates! Not only will
you get to hang out with your current friends at the reunion, you'll get
to laugh about old memories, joke with old friends, and reconnect with
people you forgot! Plus, the reunion will be a great party, with
fantastic music and phenomenal food!
Q:
Wow, this all sounds like fun! How can I get
involved?
A: First and foremost-
help us get the word out! Contact everyone you know from our class
and tell them to submit their contact information. Second, join us
at the reunion! We cannot wait to see everyone at the reunion, and
we hope you'll be among those who join us. Finally, we're always
looking for volunteers to help with the reunion plans! If you're
interested, contact us at:
